The Golden Angel Generation Network (Golden Generation) is a brand new cable network that can be picked up anywhere in the continental Untied States (soon to be picked up in Alaska and Hawaii) and in border towns in Mexico and Canada. The network was founded by Terrance Harrison in 2010.

Origins:

Terrance Harrison started a YouTube account in early 2007, posting some original video works, and even some parodies of those already out. His page became so popular, that in 2008 Terrance had weekly "episodes" of many original short series.

Golden Angel:

He moved from YouTube to his own website called goldenangelgeneration.com/ He promoted it as being a website "for people who don't want to live in the past, and aren't stuck on the future". Harrison showed his own original series, including "On the Rhode with Jenny", which is now 's "Midnight Chase", where she would go to shows across the United States and interview bands and, on occasion, have live feeds from some of the biggest events.

Later, Terrence started to show a talk show with James Micheals, who started out with small-time celebrities and comedic "Weekend Reviews" (in the same style as Saturday Night Live). In June of 2009, he got his first big-name guest when Governer Haley Barbour (R-MS) came on the show to discuss a potential run for president. Every week after that, James had more and more popular guest. In December 2009 (just before it was picked up as a network), the show started being recorded in fornt of a live audience. Every show has sold out.

Move to cable:

Terrence, after the explosion of popularity with his new shows, began talks with Comcast Communacations to have a television network starting in January 2010. Comcast gave him local permissions, but did not want to nationally promote the new network. After seeing a huge ratings in it's first 6 months, and not one lower than 2.0 when the shows were aired, Comcast decided to make the network national and, in August of 2010, Generation Now picked up it's first mini series "Ride with Me". In it's first season, it never scored less than a 6.0 rating, and had a rating as high as 12.5 (the series finale).

ETCW, Wild Vines, and Magic: The Series:

In March of 2011, it was annoucned that three new programs would be brought onto the network. One a series based on the books of Scarlett Langston, and the other based on the Magic: The Gathering card game. Both shows will premier in May. It was also announced that Extreme Toxic Championship Wrestling (from Florida) would be brought to the network starting in April when they show begin the 6th season of the company. All other shows on the network currently are sendacated broadcasts. However, Randy has been said to be getting comedians to do a "real news segment with a twist" that should be on every morning and again at night.
